IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE NEC
How to travel to the NEC
At the NEC, we continue to strive to deliver a great customer experience to all who visit the venue.
There has been an on going site investment programme as well as research with different customer groups so that we move closer to realising our ambition as the venue of choice. We have invested £40m over a period of seven years, upgrading the estate and more recently the car parking offer.
There are now new parking products available, as well as significant refurbishments to disabled parking which include new help points and assisted access to the venue. We have also taken the decision to increase our standard parking price from £10 to £12 and also charge for disabled parking, which was previously free. The decision has not been taken lightly, particularly given that price rises are even more difficult in the current economic climate, but it is a necessary one in order for us to keep investing, improving and providing a fantastic customer experience.
The NEC has over 18,000 car parking spaces so you are always guaranteed a space, but as a venue at the heart of the country, there are plenty of other easy ways to reach us.
First Group have taken over the operation of The West Coast Mainline. Their plans to improve the service include increased frequency and provide more competitive pricing. Chiltern and Cross Country also operate trains bringing visitors from all locations to the venue.
Advance booking through the below websites is recommended to guarantee the best ticket prices.
