The latest offering from Lifeline Fire & Safety reaffirms its constant commitment to research and development. Dedicated to ensuring that its products remain at the cutting edge of motorsport fire protection. The new Zero 3620 Fire Marshal provides exceptional performance and offers a significant cost reduction when compared with the current generation of FIA 8865 approved systems. Meeting the FIA’s demanding 8865 standard and has been tested and developed for use with unleaded petrol, diesel and E85 fuels.
Housed within a single fabricated aluminium cylinder, the latest spec is unique within the industry, discharging into both the engine bay and cockpit, using environmentally friendly 3M™ Novec™ 1230 suppressant.
The FIA 8865 suppression standard has been mandatory in WRC since 2016 and for all R5, S2000 and T1 vehicles in 2017. It remains a recommendation for all FIA categories and is scheduled for adoption by FIA GT categories in 2018.
