SENNA SCREENWRITER TO APPEAR IN BIRMINGHAM
‘Senna’, the acclaimed movie documentary about the life of legendary Brazilian driver Ayrton Senna, captured the imagination of the motorsport community when it took the box office by storm in 2011. The screenwriter behind the film, Manish Pandey, will be attending Autosport International on Saturday, and will appear on stage at the NEC to talk to fans about the film.
Pandey will no doubt visit the show’s Senna tribute display, which will feature a collection of the three-time Formula One World Champion’s cars, including the 1988 McLaren MP 4/4 that took him to his maiden title, as well as the Toleman TG 183B from his debut F1 season and his 1987 Monaco Grand Prix-winning Lotus Honda 99T.
