Hero - Ferrari

In 2018 we welcomed Ferrari to the show

An exciting new centrepiece created in collaboration with Ferrari became our main feature at the show in 2018.

The Ferrari feature showcased the lineage from its legendary sports cars through to Formula One, courtesy of Corse Clienti - Ferrari’s exclusive client racing programme.

Corse Clienti can, uniquely in the automotive world, take an owner via its Corsa Pilota programme from a 488 GTB through the Ferrari Challenge Series, the FXX cars, to Le Mans and even to owning and driving a Scuderia Ferrari F1 car.

The 2018 feature included...

The latest Ferrari 488 Challenge was displayed on the main Ferrari feature stand throughout the show. The 488 Challenge represents one element within the Corse Clienti programme –The Ferrari Challenge, a series which regularly renews itself to become ever more interesting.
The exclusive Ferrari FXX-K Evo made its world premiere at Finali Mondiali at Mugello. Autosport International was the first time that an XX Programme car has been at an event outside of Italy, prior to its on-track debut. It is set to play a feature role in the 2018 Ferrari XX Programme. Using expertise from within its F1 programme, Ferrari has adopted much more carbon fiber for the FXX-K Evo than its predecessor and still produces more than 1000bhp from its V12 powerplant.
Winning 15 F1 races throughout the 2004 season, the F2004 claimed a record-breaking seventh World Championship for Michael Schumacher with teammate Rubens Barrichello finishing the year in second place. The legendary driver also won a single-season record of 13 races, breaking his own record of 11, as Ferrari collected the Constructors’ Championship with ease.
Also at the show was the 2017 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) Ferrari 488 GTE. The car on display was the car that sealed the GT manufacturers' crown at the last WEC race in Shanghai, China.

The 2017 Ferrari Formula 1 car was the final car confirmed for the main Ferrari feature. The car was named the SF70H to mark Scuderia Ferrari’s 70th anniversary. The car collected five race wins, 20 podiums, five pole positions on its way to scoring a total of 522 points between World Champion drivers Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen in the 2017 season.

We hope you enjoyed celebrating this illustrious Italian manufacturer at the show this year!
