BENEFITS

The Product Showcase Awards at Autosport International 2020 provides exhibitors with an exceptional opportunity to introduce their best and latest products to industry buyers and media.

  • Increase Exposure – Exhibitors submitting products will benefit from added exposure to our audiences during and after the show.
  • Extra promotion – Winners and commended products in the Showcase will be promoted in our press releases, website and social media channels. In addition, we will encourage show visitors to attend the stands of those companies that have been awarded.

Terms & Conditions of the Product Showcase Awards – Autosport International 2020

 

Who can enter?

All exhibitors are invited to submit their products for The Product Showcase Awards. These can either be current products (released in the last year only) or products that will be launched to the market at the show.

Please note: Prototypes, mock-ups and vehicles are not allowed.

 

How will my entered product get to the show?

Exhibitors must bring their entered product with them to the show and must notify the Organisers Office upon arrival. Our team will confirm arrangement of the display during the pre–show build-up on Monday 6th January through to Wednesday 8th January 2020.

 

How will my product be displayed?

Winning products will be displayed on The Product Showcase Awards stand,  located in Hall 3A. Exhibitors must supply one product for display for each Product Showcase Awards category entered. Each entered product must also be displayed on the exhibitor's stand.

We will endeavour to display products appropriately to size and weight.

Each product display will be accompanied by a descriptive sign containing the following Information:

Product Name:

Company Name:

Stand Number:

Product Description: (as provided on the product entry form)

Please note: We cannot guarantee specific placement of products and reserve the right to move product displays as necessary to maximize the use of the space provided in the showcase. No additional exhibitor-provided signage will be permitted.

Depending on size and space-availability, bulky items may not be included on The Product Showcase Awards stand display; however, imagery will be displayed instead. The imagery may only show usage or application of the product and may not contain any marketing, advertising, sales or description copy.

Products that received high commendations will be listed in the showcase and details of the exhibitor and stand location will be promoted at the show.

Exhibitors will receive a sticker / logo that can be displayed on their stand to highlight they have been given a Product Showcase Award.

 

How can I collect my product post – show?

Exhibitors can collect their products during the Autosport Engineering breakdown on Friday 10th January from 6pm until 8 pm.

Please note: Product displays and containers requiring a forklift or electric pallet jack may be delayed until the Show floor is cleared of vehicles and the breakdown is completed.

Products not picked up on Friday can be collected during the main show breakdown on Monday 14th January until 12pm. Show Management will not be responsible for the return of abandoned products.

 

When do I have to enter my products for The Product Showcase Awards

The Product Showcase Awards submission form will be closing on 30th November 2019 and winners will be announced on the week commencing the 17th December 2019. 

 

Judging products at the Showcase Awards

Judging will take place from the 1st until the 15th of December 2019 with winners announced on the week commencing 17th December 2019.

Judging is based solely on the merit of the entry. Judges may determine by majority vote that no entry in a particular category is qualified to receive an award. In this event, no award will be given in that category.
