HELPING YOU ENJOY YOUR VISIT
CARERS ADMITTED FREE
If you need to bring a companion, assistant or guide with you to the show to maximise your enjoyment, then that carer will be admitted free of charge*.
Please make this clear when you book your tickets over the phone. You can pick these up from the trade registration desk on the trade days (13th-14th) or any of the box offices windows on the public days (15th-16th).
*If purchasing VIP tickets, carers will need to pay the difference between the standard ticket and the VIP packages.
LIVE ACTION ARENA
If you have any special requirements or are a wheelchair user and wish to remain in your wheelchair for the duration of the session, please call the relevant box office number for either trade or public to book your Live Action Arena session. If you do not have a valid wheelchair ticket we will do our utmost to accommodate you, but you may be turned away if the session is full.
Our box office will also help find the most convenient seating for visually impaired visitors. Please note that all ticket sales are allocated on a first come first served basis.

WHEELCHAIR HIRE
Wheelchairs - available free of charge for blue badge holders and £5 for all other visitors. The number of wheelchairs we have available is limited, so if you’ve got your own, please bring it with you.
Scooters - £15 per hire for all visitors.
We strongly advise visitors to pre-book equipment to avoid disappointment. We operate a telephone booking line Monday to Friday 0900hrs-1600hrs on 0121 780 4141 (Option 2 and then Option 7), or alternatively you can email at InfoEmailAccount@necgroup.co.uk
All pre-bookings will be held until 1100hrs on the day booked for, unless otherwise advised.
For any visitors who have not pre-booked equipment and arrive on the day, any remaining stock will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. As collection location varies from show to show, please check the collection point when making a booking.
Please note: Mobility equipment hire is only available during show open times and we only accept payment by card for any equipment hired.
ACCESS & PARKING
If travelling by train disembark at Birmingham International Station. Access to The NEC is via the skywalk. All levels of The NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts.
If travelling by car, parking is £16 on the day (£12 in advance) for any vehicles displaying a blue badge in the nearest available car park. Additional parking is also available in the main car parks and are serviced by free shuttle buses which are accessible to wheelchairs. On arrival at The NEC, traffic officers will direct you to the main disabled parking area for the show.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of a medical emergency please notify a member of security or any member of the Show team who will be pleased to help you. Alternatively contact the medical centre on 2222 using the internal telephone situated at the entrance to each hall.
